Roger Remembered

He called himself a lifelong “Junker”. He had a small business repurposing. He was a craftsman and thrifter; wood worker and gardener; visionary. He crafted for his family with love. He made a living in retail with his attention to detail and creativity. He made a life with his bride of 35 years and his pride and joy, his son. Living in the awareness of his prognosis, Roger got really clear on what he wanted his legacy to be. With all certainty, he knew he would arrive in heaven, not due to his goodness but due to calling on and placing his trust in Christ as Savior. He wanted all of us to join him there in due time.
We miss him.
We celebrate the gift he was to this world.
We are thankful.
