I remember seeing these guys play all the time when I was a kid...they are still one of my all time fav. bands! They never got the credit or recognition they deserved.

I remembered this vid on HBB from my teen years... Took me a while to find it, I was confusing them with 'Flotsam and Jetsam', but I googled 'thrash metal' and 'Seattle'. :) Some killer riffing in there.

I went out and got the cd the next weekend, ended up playing 'em all to death! Thanks for posting this, never knew a vid was made, wonder what people thought of it's bizarre (but great) structure and all?!
i have this bass right now. bought it for 100 bucks from a local Mountlake Terrace guitar player. He knows the guys in the band for sure. but it sucks the bass lost most of it original hardware and the headstock is a bit messed but plays like a dream and sounds exactly the same as this recording through my rig. My band uses 7 string guitars so i use a 6 string bass(fretless). Seattle area still brews with hidden talent and the bands keep cannibalizing each other and get better each day.
@hollowpointred Forced Entry were and are a kick ass thrash band, but sometimes even early starts weren't enough. Both Exodus and Overkill started before Metallica, but neither of the former bands ever even had a gold album.
AlucardsQuest It’s because both bands failed to put out a studio album in the early 80s. Even Exodus admits if it wasn’t for record label issues and their album had come out in ‘84 like it was supposed to, they probably would have been as big as Metallica.
I agree with you DEFKONSIXTYSIX, this is very Prong-ish. And yeah, some of those guitar squeals and chirps are reminiscent of Zakk Wylde but that doesn't mean this is derivative in any way. This track kicks serious ass, especially the rhythm. I heard somewhere that these guys were a Seattle band, is this true?
They were from Montlake Terrace which is a burb of Seattle, and Brad was/is one of the top guitarists in the region. He was doing stuff way ahead of everyone else. This was before Zakk was even heard of nationally. They never did receive the recognition they deserved....
this was also out before prongs most popular cleansing album too, way before, these guys were ahead of their time and left out of the loop before grunge came and sewpt seattle, such a shame

Theyre really cool dudes. They sent me a copy personally to my address and had it for a while till my Grandma had to move while i was in Florida and it got lost somehow. Really wish i brought my CD's with me. Damn im pissed as im writing this about it lol
