The Fracktail part of the joke was "Windows 10" Referring to a computer, Aka a machine. The Hooktail part of the joke just had his name. Together you would get the equivalent of Fracktail, Which is just Hooktail if he was a robot.

in all honesty, i think this is one of the best mario games and supplied bosses that are ACTUALLY challenging. i mean, the originals made the bosses too easay. avoid them and jump on their head 3 times. really? too ez. this game supplies so much of a challenge too
