J.P. is my favorite guitar RUclipsr. I’ve bought four professional Yamaha guitars, very much because of him, and love them almost as much as my Yamaha brass instruments, of which, I have many.
Have a FG 150 Red Label that I bought in 1968 in San Diego while I was in the Navy.
Man I’ll bet that thing sounds awesome today
Big JP fan, and Yamaha guitars, I have 4 of them, oldest 1970 FG180, newest FS5, bought an FG300 in Yokosuka Japan while in the Navy in 1973 wish I still had it!
LOL, I have 5 and my oldest is a June 1970 FG-180 too!
JP is an incredible talent and a wonderful storyteller! So happy to be his friend. I also have the LL16 but Left handed of course! Such a great video! Thank you Yamaha and especially JP
Love this video. Thank you, Yamaha. Thank you, J.P. Cormier!
God bless Yamaha acoustic guitars ❤❤❤
Amen to THAT brother.
Nothing better than a nice beer and a perfect built Yamaha Guitar cant go wrong ,Ilearned alot about music and the industry from Johns Life stories and he is a amazing musician !!!
Love the Yamaha Acoustics and owned more than a few,. Since watching J P down thru the years with his wonderful vids, I got hooked on Boucher Guitars and nothing compares to them period. ..,..Love this Yamaha vid, congrats well done guys..Best of luck with the 2024 Summer Tour JP..
Excellent guitars, fantastic playing, awesome musician and a great human being!
The LL 16 D in black is a great guitar!
Love Jake's pickin, and the tone he is getting from that LL-16D is really good!
JP, your brother's FG1500 is still safe and sound down here in Illinois. I play it everyday...plays great and sounds awesome. Keep on pickin.
So cool and exactly why I love reading the comment section! Cheers friend. Happy pickin’
I really like J.P. bluesy improv at the end of the video. Rock on, brother!
wow, some great guitar playing. we are lucky to have you in NS., one of the best around.
Amazing playing
Congrats to JP and Jake. This is a great showcase of your talents and guitar philosophy.
Another GREAT video, I loved it! ... thanks for sharing.
JP YOUR MY KING ON GUITAR THE BEST IN THE HOLD WORLD
Sounds amazing
Yep, it’s all in the ears.
The guitar is like a piano, but it’s much easier to take it everywhere! What a tool! What an instrument! The tuba is pretty cool too!
Love JP!
Just saw J.P. out on western tour with Dave Gunning. Powerful vocals and super pickers. Would do it again even though Jake only played bass.
Thank you for this video. I´m going to buy a yamaha. My budget is limited, max. 1000 Euros. , appr. the same value as the US-Dollar.
I think it will be a LS oder LL 16. Yamaha can be proud to have such an ambassador as you are. I love your videos. All the best for you.
Who is the fellow picking along with JP? He's a monster!
The king of the maritimes !
Wicked !!!
I can honestly say that I have more Yamahas than J.P. I can’t play guitar anything like him, but I’d give a thousand dollars and one of my Japanese custom Yamahas to see him play the tuba, trombone, or trumpet like me. 😂
What song are they playing @13:37??
THis is wicked!! Does anyone know what model Jacob is playing.
I'm guessing that is an LL16D too.
Yep 16D
@@Wobbz9413 JP is a gem of a man.
Does anyone know the title of the tune J.P. is playing at 20:20 please?
It's called "Hawaiian Slack Key".
@@paulmaceachern7185 cool, did some search and Hawaiian Slack Key is a playing style, the one he's playing is called ''Opihi Moe Moe Slack Key''
J.P. is the reason I buy Yamaha guitars. ….He’s also the reason I curse these lazy fingers of mine.
There"s no reason for
Yamaha, to become a second class citizen,
because of the
Gibson, Taylor Martin
names contiuosly being taoted as the best. Its a cheap shot at competion
