Shweta jii I am also suffering gastric and vomiting and pain in left of my belly from 29.april. 2024 to till now. And I am visiting many doctors and all are prescribed only painkiller , gas tablets, liquid syrup but till now I am feeling pain kindly mam please tell me what you eat at that moment and is it's safety for drinking milk...... please mam aap better jante honge because u feel the situation. Pradhan ji, I started adding cabbage( patta gobhi) in my diet. Uska juice bana ke lene se Bahot fayada hua mujhe. Milk ka, I can’t say anything because kisike liye Thik hota hai, kisike liye nahi. Aap bund karke try kar sakte hai thode din. Eat lot of veggies, simple food.
Mam aap proper Kya diet leti thi plz mujhe bataiye I request you

Amit vai, i have been suffering from functional bowel disorder for six months. Bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, acid reflux, abnormal bowel movements is my problems. i can not eat anything specially made with milk and wheat. Can you give me some suggestions? Please!

You can practice it in the morning, before food, to help your digestion. Also, you can practice it at night about 1 hour after food to support it. And right after food you can practice 0:45 to 2:05 this posture will help your digestion and can be practiced right after your meal. Let me know how it goes!
