Ignore my bad writing skills-
Here's my theory:
Peppa's teddy bear was dropped and left on the sidewalk leading up the the hospital (peppa was in there because she got hurt). She dropped it while leaving. Later that night, Mr. P ran out of the hospital and accidentally dropped one of his "cures" and it landed next to Teddy. Mr P turned and sighed and then left. The cure sunk into the teddy and it came to life as a weird creature (Mr. Stitchy). It was later found by Crove and Pumpiggy while on a walk through a forest (they accidentally made the ritual to summon him). And they helped Mr Stitchy up and brought him to their home with them.

If Penny abandoned her teddy (Mr. Stitchy) and he secretly had a soul, then he became "depressed" because Penny pig forgot about him and wanted revenge for some reason. Hope you get it?

theory :
someone might do a black magic ritual (maybe crove?), and the black magic affected a pumpkin and a teddy bear, so the pumpkin transforms into pumpiggy, and the teddy bear transforms into mr stitchy, and maybe, the black magic affected a pig dead body too (which its actually zompiggy)
