Bobby’s definitely crafted his online “persona” over the last few years - I suspect in real life he’s somewhere between the silly guy we’re used to and this more serious voiceover. Plus, confidence is everything, he was probably a little shy to bring out his playfulness in his early videos!

I love the commentary with the time lapse doesn't make it boring to watch, do you know if I can use any metal or steel rods for an armature?
thanks! you can use pretty much anything for an armature if it works for you, although, if you plan on baking it, I wouldn't use things like plastic or wood.

When using polymer clay if you want to place your piece on a base, cover your clay with plastic wrap and use whatever you want (ie cookie cutter, cup whatever you like) it will give you a very nice and smooth finish... BTW LOVE your channel so much talent!
I'm watching through your videos from the beginning first because I love the content but I'm also excited to see the shift in how you begin showing your personality. It's so interesting.

You made that in only 3-4 hours? That's incredible! And the final sculpture is absolutely adorable.
I can't really say why but after watching your videos for some time now, most of the commentary here kinda broke my heart - especially at the beginning. In most of your videos you're always so funny and hyperactive and super excited about your projects while you just sound kinda dull and down here... Was everything alright? I mean I don't know if this is your usual persona and your hype in the other videos is more of an act but it did kind of make me sad to hear you so resolved...
The figurine is amazing btw - everything is spot on! Love all your videos and please know that your fans will support you no matter how you act - sue the haters!

He mentioned suffering depression.
I find it slightly a bit off putting really. Yet, he also is still basically starting off in a way. He stated before in an even older video that he is a trying to get use to the whole being on camera. As for his newer videos its most likely because he is use to it now and as for the whole depression reply that could be too but yet he's also stated before that he does suffer from depression. But, how I see it is he more then likely does this as his down time. How some of us all have a thing we go to when we are "down in the dumps".

The slight problem you had with colour coming from your hands - do you think that might be from the print out of snoopy that you are working over? It doesn't look like you've got any glass or perspex covering it

How cute is that! After i have watched this video few days ago, i tried to find a figure looks similar with yours and i found the ones made by Jim Shore. I saw dozens of them but not even one can be compared to yours.
I am not usually into figures or anime characters. But this really makes my mind peaceful and happy. These days i am spending my whole time studying alone in a small private room called Dokseo-sil in Korean which is less than 3.3㎡ wide.
So i kinda feels lonely and depressed time to time. But when i see this video i feel happy and peaceful
I wish i can pet its shiny head :).
