Trigonometric manipulations can only be learnt in 2 ways 1) If you're smart enough ie if you can think better than most, it'll eventually come to you 2) Shit load of practice. Learn all formulae and do questions so that the approach for certain patterns are stored in your muscle memory Also start noticing stuff before thinking that formula to use, you can look for symmetry or maybe some subductions If you still don't succeed, learn all formulae and bid adieu to trigonometric manipulation
You will eventually get better at it...when I was in 11 th trigonometry was a nightmare but it seems natural now...so take a chill pill,keep observing stuff and you will be good...
