The selling price is steep, but where would you find views like this, anywhere? The villa is beautiful and has considerable potential in the lower level. The rotating floor in the garage is an exceptional feature I have only seen previously in Batman's cave.

We mentioned the bathtub specifically because it was designed by the developer with the intention that you have a direct view of the sea when sitting in there, without a disturbing railing or house in front of you. In our opinion it just shows that the developer has really paid attention to every detail to maximise the beautiful views!

Try a little less BLARING music between your spoken presentation. I had to keep adjusting the volume and that is annoying as hell!!!
