I received my offer letter email last week and have been recruited. All go for the March intake. Thanks for all the advice, Brendan. I wasn’t an official member of your programme but did take many tips.
Congrats, how’s it going? I’m just about to do the Day 2 assessment. If you happen to read this comment, any tips would be appreciated!
@@imperialsecuritybureau6037 Remind me of what day 2 is?
@@SeldomsleeperHow're things going for you 1 year in? Thanks
I have an FCB interview tomorrow! This is helpful, thanks
question: will there be questions such as 'why do you want to be a police officer', or 'what values are important to becoming a police officer'? if so, , how would I address this according to the STAR method? or is it not necessary to follow this method for such questions? TIA!
I’ve got my interview on Monday😊
So would you suggest just being yourself and giving relevant examples to the question rather than focusing on the CVF?
Yes I would - structure - detail - authenticity - emotional context and make sure you answer the questions
