Amazing testimony about your work at FedEx. I used to deliver DEF product to their facilities. One of which is near your area (Woodbridge NJ facility.) Can't believe how low the pay is. Or maybe I do because the drivers would often ask how they could get a job where I was at. You did a good thing going into the cargo van industry. Clearly it gives you the time to make good money and spend time with your family. A balance that is hard to achieve and maintain for a lot of us. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Honestly, I wouldn't go back to college if I was you, it'll totally kill so much of your time from this business, and you'll probably never end up using that degree anyway. I graduated from college with a criminal justice degree and here I am lol
Gig app companies are a bubble that will probably burst. The problem is these companies aren't profitable--lots of revenue, with little to no profit. It's just something to be aware of if you are planning to go all-in on gig apps. These companies need to figure out how to make a profit, after that we will get a better picture of viability. I believe you about the crazy spending during the pandemic--we all know that's why inflation drove prices to an all-time high--and how people were irresponsible with free money. Government policies aimed at giving away money is now a reason for me to vote, but I don't think most people see it that way--they just want the free money, not understanding it will cost us more in the end.
Most of them is definitely making a good profit, unless you're talking about food delivery service like doordash and such, I'm not sure about them but highly doubt they're taking a loss, otherwise they would've been out of the game.
I don't think it'll burst. There's way too many people using delivery services and when it came to the pandemic i think the govt did what it could. Giving out money was the best thing to combat the states shutting everything down. But it's the people's mismanagement of money that messed up a lot
That 65% you referenced that doesn’t graduate in 4 years, doesn’t mean they DON’T graduate at all, I’m quite sure a great deal of them graduate in 5 or 6 years (probably not consecutive either, discontinue and then start again, similar to Pat)
Think settings on the camera changed because the video size is smaller than previously. This one and the last video. How do you know what you are getting on Roadie...? All I can see is the weight and size and they are all too big for me usually when I'm not doing my 9-5....
What's up with the background music, l never heard you use that before, l can't speak for anyone else but for me it was very distracting. It made it harder to pay attention to what you were saying
Very inspirational keep up good work
When adding music make sure it’s between -23db and -27db so it doesn’t drown out or overpower your voice

You bring an interesting perspective.
It's not about how long it'll last. it is an opportunity to do something different and provide what you need with flexibility and comfort

There’s also Corporate price gouging and if you vote the wrong one in office it will get worse..

You a beast surviving off that $350💯
Keep grinding brother. Do you sign up to the gig apps under your name or business name?
Why is the video fast mode
I fixed it…
How do you know what your getting before you pick it up?
I just got accepted to roadie XD and wondering is that another app I have to download or is it on the same app of roadie

They only show you when you get to the pickup what it is
I wish i could afford a cargo van
Start small with ford e250 or Chevy express
No need to wish when you can accomplish anything you want in this life if you try hard enough
Don't need too yet, you could make money in a car and always upgrade
Can you with a 26 ft box truck doing gig app
Yea but there's so much other work you can get with a 26ft box truck as well
Why couldn't the store cancel it? That what I've had them do and it clears from the app instantly.
They sent it to a different store instead of cancelling it so I was stuck waiting
