I recently bought this and I do believe it is definitely high quality and useful. That being said, there are some issues though not deal breakers. When connecting the extension, if you want to make a 430mm cut, the metal bars used to connect the extension rod to the angle stop actually block you from using a clamp in conjunction with track rail. While I thought this accessory would be a replacement for parallel guides, it isn't. With the minimum repeatable cut being 430mm/16.9 inches, it leaves much to be desired. As long as you're making repeatable cuts that are ideally 18" and above, you should be fine. It seems to me that the MFT table covers 90-95% of what this can do and plenty more that it can't do. I'm on the fence about returning mine for greater functionality. It is a beautiful piece of equipment.

A lot of times I'd use this I'd probably be putting the work down on...an MFT table! I should think through the overlap and perhaps whether there are cuts I'd make that would be easier to set up with the MFT guide rail/angle stop on the MFT.
No! Unfortunately this one (Festool Angle Stop FS-WA) is not compatible with Makita track. ... But this one (Festool Angle Stop FS-WA/90°) is compatible with Makita track. If just 90 degree cut is enough, then this is probably perfect for you: ruclips.net/video/5fLVeje5XIQ/видео.html

Recalibration and square verification is very much needed. I can see the numbers plate could be calibrated, but could you calibrate fixed angle stops?
knowing Festertool is probably cost more than a Felder sliding table saw.
