It's on sale on Ali Ex. When he said the slt6 was a more resolving than the Xenns Up ,I was sold. Now he says Butterfly is better than the slt6 and Pilgrim . Holy shit ! But he's the only one saying this. Is he nuts ? Maybe I am. After I receive the Butterfly maybe I should check into a rehab for earphone addiction. Starving just to save money so I can get more Iem's is a little too extreme but I'm having fun like usual ! Now there's the Pai audio PDM7 . It never stops !

Beats the up on bass texture and details not as warm but man do I love how clean the 61t is and it's ability to bring out the nuances from string instruments and guitar. I love the up and both are different enough to choose one over the other depending on my mood.
Monk, I love the 61T. It may not be perfect, but I have a hard time listening to the rest of my collection now. I have been considering the ME600, I know you're a fan, is it warmer and darker than the 61T?
Yes it is just a bit more natural sounding. There also is the Upcoming Binary DYNAQUATTRO if you like that king of tuning as well should launch under $300 review out next week but I love this one.
I'm not sure between TruthearNOVA, AFUL explorer and this one, so I'll refer to it. (For many people, the comparison would be DaVinci and Cinco, which are in the same price range, but not for me...)

Was not a real fan of any AFUL set including the P8 I find it dull and boring not engaging at all , the other side of the coin is the 61t and every listen and more burn in just gets better for me. Only to be tipped for me by the NiceHCK Himalaya
Dear Sir, I have Myer Audio SLIIVO SL41 and JUZEAR BUTTERFLY 61T and both has the same cable, and same shell design, and even the place Vent-Hole. So, PULA PA02 = Myer Audio CKLVX-D41, Myer Audio SLIIVO41 = JUZEAR Butterfly 61T, it mean 3 of different Brands are manufactured at the same company. BTW sound of 61T is too much bass (below 60K around sub-bass), so I prefer SLIIVO41. Although 61T has well dumping control on bass, and it is first time that I feel "resolution" on bass frequency, usually feel the resolution on high frequency.
JizVinki is bassier and warmer not the same technical beast. I also really did the faster Midbass on the 61t for certain genres like grunge think SUM41 and the Vinki for Jazz, Rap, And Hip Hop
Hi monk! Are those new ear tips required to get the performance you described? I’ve been saving for a pair of iems with balanced tuning with great technical performance (not a bass head, I feel like we share a preference in sound signature, and I appreciate well balance between mids and treble since vocals and strings are my jam) Been eyeing the butterfly and project m, any thoughts? (I usually have a hard time getting iems deep into my ear, which held me back from blind buying for a while, I can’t find a store to demo any of those two lol, also afraid im gonna have to spend more if I go for project m cus I don’t have amps or daps I just plug my iem to my laptop) Thanks for the well explained review!
I would do 61T for now and thoose tips are also how I am getting a huge massive stage and a tighter bass over the Penon or AZLA tips. They are recommended I also went 1 size smaller than normal to get a deeper fit as well. I find that works great on this kind of shell for my ears.
Great review Monk. How does it hold up to the SLIIVO SL41? And O yeah, what size of the Devinius Velvet WB tips do you use? MS or M i'm guessing. Do they also improve the stage and general sound over the Penon Laquer tips? (have both and love the Orange ones [size M] on my SLIIVO SL41. Have them on Hakugai Soaring Dragon cable. Sounds so much more mature. Unbelievable at this pricepoint. I'm over the moon with this set. So thanks again for your advice; helps me so much man.
I used ML on this set on these new Wide Bore models. I like the Penon Tips alot as well, but don't stage as well as the Divinus with that funnel design.
Xenns UP for warmer , DaVinci for bassier, ThieAudio Oracle for overall smoother. Penon 10th for micro dynamics and the Shanling ME600 for more organic. That bieng said I can't wait for what Pula and Myer-Audio is launching soon with some EST love

My channel balance was perfect , and shells look flawless. This is coming out of the same factory as DUNU, ThieAudio, Meyer-Audio PULA, and others. One of the most consistent plants. Too soon to see any patterns one way or another for the BT. But confidence is high on this set NOT having any issues.

I liked the MM3 but found it a bit dry for my tastes and the 61t has better textured bass so out of the 2 sitting next to me I pick up the 61t maybe I am still in the honeymoon phase 2 weeks in?
@@tonedeafmonk I’m hearing next to no bass. Tried the candy ear tips that came with it and Dunu SS and nothing. Tried my performer 5s with the same set up and the bass was hitting. Tried 2 different cables as well. But besides the base it sounds amazing. Did you have a similar experience? Any idea about the bass?

Got it after seeing this review and several others, but especially this one. Initially I thought it was stunning but unfortunately then I found it shouty and not as pleasing, almost fatiguing over longer periods. There is no accounting for ears, I guess.

It's all in the tips with the Divinus WIDE Bore none for me or should I say perfect for me because I like my instruments and vocals to have a bit of weight in them but not too much to effect female vocals. With thoose tips wells the chefs kiss.

I was all set to order the Falcon ultra and alpha XL1. Then I saw this.
For $168 extra I can get all 3.. $414 for all 3??
Over the MK2 the 61t uses a better driver and has a overall smoother and more extended top end and better stage.
Sold the Penon 10th because of I just didn't use them...but really thinking about getting these after this review/
You won't miss the 10th this tuning is smoother not so many peeks and bass is just as good.

The FU is warmer and bassier but stage and technical performance is better on Butterfly
The JizVinki is a completely different tuning warm and bassy the 61t is punchy and neutral with much better technical performance and stage.

The Wide Bore Divinus sound similar except tightened up the bass over the H570

Try the TangZu Sancai or Divinus WIDE Bore tips to tightened the bass and reduce it just a tad for more balanced sound , tips make a huge difference

My channel balance was perfect , and shells look flawless. This is coming out of the same factory as DUNU, ThieAudio, Meyer-Audio PULA, and others. One of the most consistent plants. Too soon to see any patterns one way or another for the BT. But confidence is high on this set NOT having any issues.

@@tonedeafmonk I’m hearing next to no bass. Tried the candy ear tips that came with it and Dunu SS and nothing. Tried my performer 5s with the same set up and the bass was hitting. Tried 2 different cables as well. But besides the base it sounds amazing.

Got it after seeing this review and several others, but especially this one. Initially I thought it was stunning but unfortunately then I found it shouty and not as pleasing, almost fatiguing over longer periods. There is no accounting for ears, I guess.

Bass bleed?
It's all in the tips with the Divinus WIDE Bore none for me or should I say perfect for me because I like my instruments and vocals to have a bit of weight in them but not too much to effect female vocals. With thoose tips wells the chefs kiss.
