- Since I lost the old Tux digitized file, and then someone asked for it, I decided to re-digitize Tux using the more current v2.2.0 inkstitch. It really is a much better result.
I'm also offering the digitized files for free, here: lowtechlinux.c...
Another great video
Hi from the UK again! Love that you're back up and running. Please don't break your hard drive again. Great version Tux
Hello @ my UK friend. I've learned my lesson and keep everything on a separate HD now. Thank you for the kind words ❤️
Thank you! This is a great overview of many techniques. I'll be re-watching it many times. Outstanding, for sure!
I love that 'I'm beginning to anticipate the steps you're about to take 🥰 I thought you'd be doing a satin stitch on the outline of his feet. Why did you choose not to?
Thank you so much for all your tutorials 🥰
well, it certainly would have had a better result. Mostly because I didn't want it to be a 30-45 minute video. It's a hard call to decide how long to make a video that will keep viewers attention.
@@LowTechLinux Got it! I don't know what would look better 😆 Now that I'm understanding the steps, I'm beginning to try to understand the reasoning behind the choices. I appreciate all you do :)
Thanks a lot for all these amazing tutorials! They really help me to get going digitizing designs. I used your digitized Tux for a demo of my DIY embroidery machine. You can find the demo on my channel if you are interested. :)
Excellent. Thank you
Might give this contour fill business a go
I'm a big fan of it. And they've improved upon it for the next release, currently in the development channel.
Great video! I did everything but once I got to rendering stitch it just goes in circles. 😭😭 help
I would have emailed, but no contact info. Anyways, you did a video where you showed how to remove part of the design where you wouldn't have to embroidery on top of embroidery by removing part of it. Can you tell which video that was?
I believe this is the one you want...
