13 year old Angelina created a genius arrangement and certainly made the song her own. Many have called her the female Elvis since she always makes covers her own while conveying tremendous emotion. For me, Angelina has the most soulful, emotional voice. Her tone is my all time favorite. It's like magic how her voice hugs my soul and makes my body tingle. Angelina signed with Republic Records in August 2020 but her family requested she be allowed as normal a childhood as possible so they have yet to fully promote her. Certainly the right thing to do. The reactors need to play the role of educator to their viewers who generally do not understand how a description page works and why they should interact with the links. Around the same time as the one on the couch at home, she did a live performance of it for an HIV charity event...it's insanely good when you think that she had never even heard the accompanying piano because the pianist was 'free expressing' and only visiting the landmarks of the melody occasionally....she just stands there, swinging her feet, with purple flowers in her hair and delivers what is probably one of the very best ever live performances of that song - EVER!

Every note in that performance pulled its weight; nothing was superfluous. I notice something different each time I listen to this. This time it was the pure clarity of her voice. Every tiny variation in pitch stood out like pearls on a string. If there is such a thing as a perfect audition, this was it.

AJ is currently signed with Republic Records. 3. She began singing at 18 months and due to her grandmothers influence, she was drawn to and fell in love with jazz and blues music. 4. She has been arranging most, if not all of her music performances since she was 8 years old. Hopefully this will remain as she continues her career with Republic. 5. Currently in 2022 she still performs barefoot and I hope by now that you have discovered the incredible reason why she does that. 6. I heard her for the first time 4 years ago. Her first recording in the studio was at 6 years old and blew my mind. I've seen all four of her Norway's Got Talent performances which are on herr Channel. She won 46% of the total vote amongst the top 10 candidates! Obviously she won the entire competition against people 20 years older than her. She has performed at lots of outdoor concerts and charity events over the past few years that are all documented on her Channel. Unbelievably, she does not have a bad performance. She has five original songs which are in more recent years, and over 150 covers. Although she makes every song her own, she can channel the original artist in her performances in a way that is unmatched by any other singer. Angelina is a gift and an inspiration.

13 year old Angelina created a genius arrangement and certainly made the song her own. Many have called her the female Elvis since she always makes covers her own while conveying tremendous emotion. For me, Angelina has the most soulful, emotional voice. Her tone is my all time favorite. It's like magic how her voice hugs my soul and makes my body tingle. Angelina signed with Republic Records in August 2020 but her family requested she be allowed as normal a childhood as possible so they have yet to fully promote her. Certainly the right thing to do. We know, once promoted, she will skyrocket to superstardom. Until that time, it is up to us angels to spread her love and music. I, along with other angels have been suggesting to reaction channels to provide links to the original song (thanks for doing that) along with links to her RUclips channels AND since so few people read the description, to verbally encourage viewers to use those links. These simple steps should be followed for each aspiring artist you feature.

Great comment Andy and I would add that some reactors also offer the social media links like facebook, instagram, and tik tok. The reactors need to play the role of educator to their viewers who generally do not understand how a description page works and why they should interact with the links. If they educate the viewers, they will increase their own analytics as well as those of the artist.

Around the same time as the one on the couch at home, she did a live performance of it for an HIV charity event...it's insanely good when you think that she had never even heard the accompanying piano because the pianist was 'free expressing' and only visiting the landmarks of the melody occasionally....she just stands there, swinging her feet, with purple flowers in her hair and delivers what is probably one of the very best ever live performances of that song - EVER!
You can go to the beginning with her rendition of "Gloomy Sunday" by Billie Holiday, age 7 on Norway's Got Talent or very recent with "My Funny Valentine" previously sung by 600+ artists (but none better than AJ).

Every note in that performance pulled its weight; nothing was superfluous. I notice something different each time I listen to this. This time it was the pure clarity of her voice. Every tiny variation in pitch stood out like pearls on a string. If there is such a thing as a perfect audition, this was it.

1. An important thing to remember about AJ is that she refused to sign for a record deal through AGT and they relented and invited her to sing anyway.
2. AJ is currently signed with Republic Records.
3. She began singing at 18 months and due to her grandmothers influence, she was drawn to and fell in love with jazz and blues music.
4. She has been arranging most, if not all of her music performances since she was 8 years old. Hopefully this will remain as she continues her career with Republic.
5. Currently in 2022 she still performs barefoot and I hope by now that you have discovered the incredible reason why she does that.
6. AJ sews her own clothes, (the cloth is designed by her grandmother) and she stands 6 feet tall at 15 yeats old!
7. We all hope to enjoy her performances for many years to come.

I heard her for the first time 4 years ago. Her first recording in the studio was at 6 years old and blew my mind. I've seen all four of her Norway's Got Talent performances which are on herr Channel. She won 46% of the total vote amongst the top 10 candidates! Obviously she won the entire competition against people 20 years older than her. She has performed at lots of outdoor concerts and charity events over the past few years that are all documented on her Channel. Unbelievably, she does not have a bad performance. She has five original songs which are in more recent years, and over 150 covers. Although she makes every song her own, she can channel the original artist in her performances in a way that is unmatched by any other singer. Angelina is a gift and an inspiration.

I discovered her last year and I have never binged an artist's music in my life the way I have with Angelina. I am just impressed with everything she sings and I can't get enough! The best part, like a fine wine she only seems to get better with age! She truly is a phenomenal musical artist, the only thing perhaps more beautiful than her voice is her heart as you have learned.
One of the things discussed most frequently of Angelina's singing is the emotion she adds to every song. Angelina is wise beyond her years and always has been, without question an old soul. She has such a deep understanding and appreciation of music, her craft and the world around her and it just pours out in her music. Because of that I personally believe that when it comes to communicating the story and emotion of a song she is on par with the best to do it already. She delivers it in the passion she sings with and we receive it in the emotions we are left with.

In this performance she covered Michael Jackson's Heal The World. Angelina always sings with emotion and passion but you can tell just listening to her sing this sing how much it means to her to do her part in making our world a better place. The link I shared above is an interview she did at the age of 9 about a book she wrote and had published. At 9 she became the youngest published author in Norway. The book she wrote is about an experience she had in the Middle East at the age of 6 and explains why she always performs barefoot.
