I started watching his Minecraft videos in like 2015ish, maybe sooner, but it feels so nostalgic watching him play Minecraft again and I love that he says the same phrases and sayings as he used to. He was always so fun to watch both on his gaming channel and main channel, but I’m glad this seems like a new series I can start watching!
I like how you mentioned a yellow brick road at the start of the episode, and I don't believe you've done a wizard of oz themed base yet... so I feel like it would be a cool idea
It would be cool if Joey created a garden of Eden type theme like various plants and gem stones scattered to create pathways and adding the open type doors to the pathways
Since the series mentions fate (coins) and like you're living in on a mountain, it could be cool for it to be themed around Greek mythology. So you can name the area Mt Olympus and each area could be dedicated to a God. Example, the main house could be the pantheon dedicated to all the God's, the fram area could be dedicated to Demeter, enchanting area for like circe and nether portal area dedicated to Hadesand so on.
You should make your land like a zen or meditation theme. It will help you with keeping and gaining friends. Sort of like a safe haven. I think that will make people feel welcome. Home sweet home. Think smarter not harder. Potential profit idea also

Okay okay, I know Joey got that gorgeous pink cherry blossom wood for building, but I'd love for joey to do like an industrial maximalist city with like skyscrapers and stuff! I think it would look really interesting juxtaposed with the mountain and the river. I'm imagining almost like Joel's Stratos area like floating city except instead of mythological it would be industrial.

Keeper of the Lost Cities theme! Everything is made of crystal, which is totally something that fits with Joey, and there is an animal sanctuary in the Himalayas in the books, so your sanctuary could be tucked into the hill you're on, with your house above!
Maybe your theme could be like the Dr Doolittle movies where u can communicate with animals, and they all swarm your house for medical advice😂. Maybe you could build a clinic? Different areas for different species of animals to live.
