I pay 0 fees at all, have a private office, 90/10 split. Oh yeah & free use of a company vacation cabin. I’d lose $ coming to eXp or real.

Real Broker is the WORST (BEST) Brokerage to be in! If you don't want to succeed as a Realtor and keep the most of your money you should not join this brokerage. Hey is it true your rev share shuts off if you eventually retire and stop selling?
It used to but they're changing it so you can keep it when you stop producing. Also, rev share is now a Willable asset so your kids or spouse can inherit it and don't have to be agents.
@@TheLazyAgent That very cool. I’m also hearing about rules in the ICA that prevent you from flipping, developing or wholesaling. I can’t seem to get a straight answer on if this is true or not. Do you happen to know anything about this?
My understanding is you can't do it as a representative of REAL. Because I know we have agents who do flip homes. So you can't be "House flippers of REAL Broker". That's my understanding. But you absolutely can flip, wholesale, and do personal deals. At least from my understanding and others that do it
