How can I get email Parsing with Go high level? We have leads that come through our email, and in FUB they would appear in the CRM. Go High Level we don't seem to have that option.

A lot of MLSs are still showing buyer commission (like the NWMLS). However, if you work in an MLS that took away showing buyer compensation, then I'd pull up every statistic, article, and report you can find (and there are a lot) that shows sellers make more money when they offer a buyer commission. And buyers save more money when they hire a buyers agent. Let me know if you'd like me to make a video on this.

We can't see compensation on the MLS per the NAR settlement so where are you finding that data to show to clients?

Same experience here. At the start we're all taught and trained to chase prospects. Few years down the road, we encounter REAL marketing (not spamming), we realize, it can be done the other way.

Have you used GHL for short term rentals? I have someone who owns a corporate housing company, who wants to use my white labeled software. They have a website already. I can use surveys for booking info, pipelines, automations, email campaigns, social media planner, etc. But what about individual bookings like airbnb? This would be an awesome series for you! How does airbnb do it? Does GHL have the capabilities????????? I really hope you see this message.

You can trigger a post from a text message (SMS or MMS) thanks to Twilio. You just have to buy a cheap $1 number from Twilio and use their API.

Tommy…amazing stuff, I know many agents aren’t doing this. I’m a lender looking to implement these exact strategies. Do you think it’d be worth doing the same exact thing except tag-teaming the leads with agents to have them provide listings since I don’t have access to the MLS? OR just contextualize it to lending? I’m guessing CTAs for homes/properties provides better conversions
