It's when you really get to know both of your parents outside of their parenthood when you finally get rid of the trauma of your parents divorce. At first you blame yourself and then find out it really is what it is. Your parents just weren't compatible. There's no one to blame. I'm not joking when I say it's literally a massive weight of your shoulders. You finally stop blaming yourself for what happened.
