I think to make economy of scale work and put a cap on cost .
tata will bring its new 1.2 tgdi engine .It doesn't make any sense to use it only in curv it had to serve in other segment .a segment below the curv .Thats why altroz racer should have one. PLEASE DON'T USE NEXON TURBO PETROL IT IS A WORST ENGINE YOU ARE USING SAME ENGINE IN NEXON ALTROZ AND IN NON TURBO CARS LIKE PUNCH TIAGO TIGOR .ENOUGHH PLEASE GIVE A TGDI TO MAKE ALTROZ A COMPLETE ENTHUSIASTIC PACKAGE😊😊😊😊

It has been quite a long wait for this one. I just hope the colour option is not restricted to the one shown and those stickers should be optional. Also, the alloys in the second expo weren't looking the best. Normal Altroz has excellent alloy design. Rest all seems awesome.. wireless connectivity for Android auto / Apple carplay, ventilated front seats, etc seem needed & correct additions.
In 1st expo Black wheels are excellent
When in this world Tata motors start offering 4 cylinder petrol engine?

@@TataMotorsCars have already did this by emailing to Head office in Mumbai, Hyson, Thrissur was allotted the works. As usual they told, they have did the maximum they can do(still engine pickup is not as good as in initial time) and after that vehicle started showing engine errors and ABS errors as usual(even I recorded the video and sent them, no response), it somehow gone because of my experience in handling vehicles. Last week Radiator fan got jammed and vehicle was tolled in Bengaluru(Prerana didn't took the work because they told it was overload, so gave To Kropex, Singasandra. They rectified it, but they broke my AC fan clips and jammed it).
Same issues have happened for my previous cars also, Indigo, Manza(frequent turbo and AC issues) and this is 3rd. Vehicle when delivered is perfect, but once its kept for servicing, they are spoiling it. My mobile number - 9995234074, email- hrnndnn@gmail.com

What's new in that ? I20 - turbo gives 170 nm of torque & 120 ps of power that too from a 1 ltr turbo petrol engine ..when it launched 4 yrs back !! & This tata altroz racer will have to put 1.2 ltr turbo engine from nexon for 120 ps power & 170 nm torque...
Altroz has a balanced bodyshell with GNCAP 5 star rating ..so they must give more powerful 1.5 ltr turbo petrol which can produce 250nm torque & 160 ps power...
Im waiting for updates in regular diesel variant as im planning to buy it & waiting for updates...
They wont put an engine beyond 1200cc, to cut costs (tax savings). It wud be gr8 if they put their new 1.2 TGdi engine which they showcased at the autoexpo. But expecting 1.5 is too much i guess...
