    I’m just starting to watch all of these original Sammy Davis Jr. videos, he was super-talented, and so were his father and uncle. Sammy had so much charm and humor too, besides his singing, dancing, songwriting, impressions. Just an amazing guy. Talented stars like Sammy Davis Jr. feel like gifts to us from heaven❤

    An impressionist, dancer, singer, musician, actor, songwriter... He was THE greatest entertainer of ALL TIME!!! No one did it better 💖

    Sammya didn't, at long last, break up the act and go out on his own until Will and Sammy Sr. couldn't do the time step any more. That's a life time of gratitude, loyalty and love.

      And he shared his profits as a solo act equally with his Dad & Uncle for 10 years after they retired (each got ⅓). Amazing man

      @@thereseparfrey1266 He was so great. Say him live on Broadway in NYC. '63 in Golden Boy. And after, he came out and sat on the apron of the stage. Sang and joked with those of us who stayed for about 45 minutes. It was amazing. I was about 20 feet away from him.

    The "Uncle", Will Mastin, was then 75 or 76 years old! Sammy Sr. was 54.
