Micah Aulds the grind never ends because your goal in life is to make your future children and their childrens children lives easier and better. You never stop fighting you never stop moving you gotta love life like it has a purpose cause if you dont life will pass by and the grind changes as you age the older you get the grind changes into different forms of grinds like staying fit taking the best care of yourself versus 20s-30s you define your life and what it will become people gotta stop waiting for opportunities to come to them cause it dont work like that unless you have rich famous parents you got to earn your spot. Its a part in life life isn't fair so you gotta make it fair. If people put their spare time into something they wanted to do instead of partying every weekend over the course of a few months or years they could be doing that and walk away from their dead end week by week situations. Just a thought for you.
I ll tell you why you should never stop. 1. Life without goals is useless; i previously didnt have any specific goals in my life hence i suffered from depressions coupled with OCD. 2. There is nothing more sad than wasted potential, so i grind to fulfill what i can do with the things God has given to me in the time that was allocated for me. 3. I grind cause i want to win; to be with people who are the very best in their domain, so i can learn from them how to be smarter, more efficient, and better in how i conduct myself every single day. 4. I grind cause i want to have the power and money to make my own decisions without others dictating what i should do and that to me is REAL power. I control my own destiny cause i am a King not a pawn moved by others. 5. I grind because i have seen what life without hope, without goal, without purpose can do to you ; i have been into mental and psychological hell and this grind is what drives me and pulled me back up. So when you say why do you grind even though it wont end? because the pain of not grinding is infinitely worse than the pain of grinding.
Thank you for reminding us that we need to keep putting in the effort in order to achieve our goals. It is true that the bigger our dreams are, the more work we need to make them come true. Staying focused and continuously improving is a great way to live full out.

You always have to grind harder for bigger things, and you are right you have to put 120% because if you want it bad enough then a 100% percent of yourself is just the starting point! My dream became a reality about 2 years ago. I interview for a assistant manager job and the interviewer was the district manager. At the beginning this company was doing okay. But he was telling me what the job and what it intended. He said as assist probably won’t see as much as raise in pay, Hours vary and a lot of weekend. What do you think of that? My goal is to be a store manager and with the opportunity I won’t stop till I get there. It’s took 8 years of grinding on weekend, over night and even covering shifts which happened a lot. Long story short I loved my job till day 1 and the love is there today as a store manager. The grind is real And the love for the job just came natural.
The thing is, Tony robbins has always had a powerful message and a technique. Theres a big difference in your energies though, i'm interested to see what happens
You know it would seem nice to be the only person in the company that wants real success but take it from me it's a hassle I find myself constantly waiting on other people to do their jobs just so I can be able to do mine yet the company I work for will not allow me to move into other positions and do those jobs even though I am able to do both jobs as fast as most people do one
