Fun Fact: In the scene where Caine glitches out, we see in the text that he has a brother. This character is most likely named Abel.
I'll have to go back and check that.

I've seen a comment somewhere (not sure where might be the theories video) that Jax is a hacker since he has unauthorized access to everyones doors, like a hacker and how he got stuck in the ADC by accident.
It also stated how King'er might be a dev since he's looking for bugs/insects. Bugs as in the code.
I actually saw an interesting theory that said Kinger could actually have been the dev of the digital circus who got stuck in his own creation, with the “insect collection” being a collection of computer bugs
In addition to Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss (which come as a packaged deal, as they take place in the same universe), i would also recommend Glitch's other series Murder Drones. I think you would enjoy it a lot.
Murder Drones would probably be the best since it's directly drawing from horror tropes.
I LOVE IT also I think if you and Matpat ever collaborated you guys would have amazing chemistry. 😭😭

If you do watch hazhin hotel or Helluva Boss I would recommend taking a look at the hazhin hotel pilot first as it will give you a taste of both series because they are set in the same universe.

I've just finished I have no Mouth and I Must Scream. It's a short story (reeeeally short). You can actually find it narrated by the author himself here on RUclips. It's like 30 minutes long. The game is longer, has a lot of changes, focuses a lot more on the characters and is kinda fun for point and click fans. I highly recommend it

Another thing that works against MatPat's theory of the Mannequins turning into the characters when a new consciousness enters the circus is that when Pomni first enters the Circus, we don't see a Mannequin turn into her. We very clearly see her appear out of thin air. I think it's more likely that the Mannequins are used for when Caine needs to create new NPC's for the adventures he creates, such as the Gloinks that he specifically creates for the adventure in the pilot episode. It's possible that some of the Mannequins turned into these Gloinks for the duration of the adventure. THAT'S what the mannequins are used for.
Yes Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel would be a good reaction series, I'd absolutely love to see that.

I would also go ahead and say that PC the Digital Circus is on has Windows 95 or Windows 98 as an OS, because in Digital Circus teaser almost one year ago the 3D Pipes screensaver was shown.
One thing I just realized about the third theory is that it's impossible cuz we see Pomni appear out of nowhere instead of having a figurine turn into her.
I still wanna see more of the show when it comes out. I have a lot of hopes for Kingster specifically, I think he's gonna abstract at some point in the middle or the end.
I think Kinger is gonna be one of the last ones standing to be honest, he seems so disassociated that I don't think anything can drive him more insane than he already is. The only way I feel Kinger can abstract is if he undissociates/snaps back to the digital reality. Right now, he's in his own little world with pillow forts and insect collections.
@@numberonesoudalover I think that's just like, a calm state he's in rn. It's just my hopes put into what I want to happen, but I so wish it's like, a state he's in sometimes because of the loss of Queenie and other times, he's like Kaufmo and he's actually crazy.

Maybe, but it *Is* both a Pilot and the very first episode. It could just be a mistake (like how Pomni's hand stopped glitching sometimes), or they didn't want to reveal it yet, or that every human appears in a set space instead of wherever a mannequin is and one just vanished off-screen (although the fact that Ragatha was surprised that Pomni already had her own room might hint at it being a manual process, or at least the assignment of rooms is).
I think it's too early to tell, anyway.
The mannequins don't have to be in the scene to be rewritten and warped in; placeholder objects are pretty standard in game development and have been since the 80s. You wouldn't 'see' the item until after its new data has been loaded in. It's probably the likely theory, ngl.
That doesn't make the being scanned in impossible it just makes the being transformed from a manakin impossible.

I definitely think the theory that they are just copies has its own problems, one part is the idea that this is all a intentional test helped run by Cain, however the creator has directly stated that Cain is not evil and simply just doesn't understand humans as a AI.
Also you seem to be confused on it but AI is essentially any interactive intelligence which has been around for basically as long as computers, Cain is a Sentient AI (Human level intelligence and self-determination) or at least seems to be which is tech we currently lack.

While I hope that you react to the rest of his FNAF 6 videos of "What was in the box?", "FNAF Stumped Me" and "the Theory that changes everything" before you look into Ultimate Custom Night, as there's a significant idea he pulls up that'll linger for the next two years of his FNAF theories (till midway through his book theories), I also recommend checking out Stupendium's Matpat tribute song. For lack of better words, it's stupendous.

Start with Hazbin Hotel's pilot then Helluva Boss's pilot and then go on to its playlist, well Helluva Boss's pilot is no longer canon it's a good starting point.

There was a similar case in a show called the hollow, spoilers for the end, they were stuck in a game but later they found out they were just digital copies of there actual human counter part.

Well, the problem with the mannequin theory is that... well, we SEE Pomni appear in the digital circus. It's not a mannequin transforming into Pomni, we see Pomni just pop into existence.
There was a video game in the 90s based off the book "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream", with the same name. You should definitely check it out, if you can stomach all the messed up stuff that's in this game.😉

All what Pommi (and possibly others) forgot (at least what we know about) is name. She remembers how she got into the circus, she remembers the table so it is safe to say that during the transition people retain some or most of their memory.
If you're a horror fan, you would probably like the book. Especially if you've never heard of it before. It's a short story and it's very worth reading.
So, lets think about something real quick.
Caine specifically says he doesn't have control over their minds.
You've been assuming that's bevause theyre plugged into a physical machine.
But, IF, the headset could make w perfect copy, digital or not, of their consciousness, how could you expect an AI to control it?
The AI seems to have it's own form of sentience aswell.
It's digital. It's all code.
And it's supposedly in control.
YET, it specifically calls out that it CAN'T control human minds.
This doesn't have to be because they're jacked into a system, it can just as easily be because you literally cannot delete consciousness.
They scanned in a perfect copy of a person, or near perfect.
We don't have any idea what that would do to a person or to a computer or to anything.
Maybe he literally cannot delete them.
It would also explain why he has a store room for the abstracted.
He could kill them, sure, but that's not at all the same as straight up disintegrating them from existence.
Snapping your finger and they're gone.
A similar concept is expressed in an old star trek episode from star trek voyager, the AI there was designed to entertain the people it watched over.
It had tried everything, until eventually, over the many many years they were stuck there, it had discovered that the only thing to provide mental stimulation anymore was fear.
And so, it decided to scare the daylights out of its residents for the rest of eternity, but it could not just DELETE them, because it wasn't designed to do so.
This could easily be the case for Caine aswell, while he is able to convince them that they've died, he may not be able to outright kill or harm them and he may not even want to.
Besides, if Caine is somewhat sentient, perhaps he's picked up on the human respect for the dead, and considers the cellar a burial ground for those lost to the system, a place of respect not necessarily only exile.
Afterall, he does seem to have a desire to give humans what they want, imagine the sadness of the first human to experience this.
Perhaps that human lead Caine to create an area for them to go once they're abstracted.
A graveyard. Because for all that human knew, they'd never get them back.
And that human might just be Kinger, because so far all we know is that he's the oldest and has been there the longest.
All of this hinges on what Caine is actually able to do or is programed to do or even wants to do.
We simply don't know enough to yet make the conclusion that caine could just delete their consciousness.
Or that he'd even want to.
We also don't even know if the human mind remains completely digital when scanned in, which sounds ridiculous but when you think about it, we are the most complex machine we know.
What happens when you put that machine inside another machine?
Nobody knows.
It just as easily can be he can't delete us because we're too strong, there's too much data there to delete, or, its too complex to even mess with for an AI such as Caine.
Do you know how much we know about the human brain?
Surprisingly little.
It's quite possible that it's just impossible to delete once put into the machine. Because we're too complex even for an AI as advanced as Caine appears to be.
Another theory is that the program is hard coded to prevent deletion by Caine.
As in apart of the scanning process is adding a line of code that literally stops a scanned human from being deleted.
Also also, the human brain isn't just code, which is what i was kinda getting at earlier but lost in my rambling.
It's not as simple as a series of 1's and 0s.
There's all kinds of complex biomechanics that makes it work. It could be that once scanned those biomechanics just ARE copied one for one.
They aren't 100% digital code at that point.
I don't know, its all weird scifi tech with weird implications that nobody fully understands, but my point is there's a number of reasons why Caine might not be able to destroy a human simply by deleting them or even have access to their minds at all.
Also, if they were hooked up to a machine physically as you suggest, whats stopping Caine from still influencing their minds?
In star trek that AI could do that. And in fact DID.
Everything they felt in the machine was because the machine was directly influcing their mind so that they'd feel everything inside the simulation as if it were real.
Why can't Caine just, by this logic, I don't know, KILL them from inside the machine?
Send a serious shock to their brain or cause their heart to stop or something.
The idea that they're physcially jacked in is what's preventing Caine from messing with them just feels arbitrary to me.
But idk, that's just a THEORY a I fucking rambled too long theory, if you read this you're nuts like me.

My theory is that the only way out is through the void. Caine references how they’ll get ‘spoiled’ which I think might be a joke on the creators part to where it’s ’spoiling’ us that this is the exit. After all, when the last part of the show went out through the scene, we see the void, more void, and then the outside world. I think it’s likely that there are different stages to venturing out into the void though, to where you have the first stage, or where Pomni was, just passing through the void. The second stage, or where Caine took her which is just emptiness. And then the third stage, which eventually brings them to the real world. You can also see her ping on the ‘wacky watch’ on a location, inferring that he still has parts of that void mapped out, but further out would mean escape. Additionally, it’s clear he doesn’t want them there. I think it could then also be inferred though that the void, or staying in it as long as you would need to exit, would lead to insanity either way due to the way Pomni was when she was inside the void. I think that means it would either lead to the way Kinger is now (just insane but not abstracted) or lead to actual abstraction. So while I think there could be an actual exit, there’s no way for them to actually use that exit, which I think would be more dark and twisted in the long run.

Hm, interesting Theories, seems likely, but we’ll see what will be the case.
welll I'd say the second and third theories are the most solid since having things set in the 90's would make it more than just unlikely that game studio or any large corporation map or capture a human mind in a computer
And a 90's art style has come into fashion and wouldn't be to hard to emulate in 3D models and design. The whole bit with the realistic lighting in the real world can be undone with the fact that the scene featuring/introducing the wacky watch had realistic lighting in it as well (which may be an over sight) but in the end filters, design, and setting could make it look and feel like a 90's game/show (like reboot or beastwars)
The biggest detail about the show that he seem to just glace over is that this is a game. the website only says "a crazy virtual world" which kicks the door open for plenty of options ranging experimentation into new forms of AI created from human minds to attempts cure people of mental traumas they both could still be in there early stages so leaving things like the abstracted quarantined would be good information and would/could explain there lack of memories.
In the end the biggest season finally/cliffhanger could or would be a new human more or most of his/her memories and able to explain some things of what's going on instead of they are just virtual beings made of human minds. It would also kind of mirror what has and is happening in Murder Drones
but thats just my theory a writing theory
P.S. I have never actually written a story and is all just based on my slim understanding of plot and story structure I have seen in media

I don't think anyone will read this but I miss when you did actual content. You are one of the most creative youtubers I've seen, you have incredible theories and analysis which are very interesting. I liked the visual novels let's plays because you analyzed a lot of the characters in very interesting ways and brought a lot of theories that sometimes were better than what actually happened. I can't say the same about the reaction videos, which feel kinda lazy and the quality are way lower than your previous content.
Of course, not every video has to be complicated analysis, the tier lists for example were really fun. Reactions are fun once in a while but it's really sad when it's the only thing.
I really like the alternate mastermind videos and videos where you theorized about other possible outcomes, I wish you would explore "what if" questions and I still hope for MILGRAM analysis.
