Madam, Your method of teaching is great and demonstrations are very appreciating. Being a member from the teacher community I should make a comment on this job. I have witnessed so many live classes in the past. Not only ,you are not misusing a single minute. The online students will be benefited a lot. Thank you for your attempt and all the best. Expecting more videos and videos. Happy 🙏🙏🙏

Namaskaram sir, It is manodharma.. It depends upon d artist.. Creativity varies no... If it is for a student v cn show gradually how it is developing... Hv idea to do tutorials with a student on manodharma aspects...
just a small question teacher🙏... at what point a student should be starting to understand and learn the importance of gamakas or about carnatic ornamentations in these ragas they are learning... thank you very much for sharing your insights into music teacher...❤️🙏
It will be good if you are getting an idea from the beginning itself... Till you learn compositions it will be hard to understand and reproduce gamaka aspects of various ragas.. once you start learning compositions you can correlate gamakas with them..it will act as a grip to understand and memorise ...
ok🙏 one more teacher... in such a case, is it fine to follow your varisai playlist from 1 for a student to start with, as I can understand about some basic slide movements from it teacher... or are those movements purely adviced for intermediate/advanced players only...🙏 kindly suggest...
Thank you for this presentation. Here is an interesting piece of information on this composition: The most famous of the improvised versions of Vaataapi GaNapati comes from Maha Vaidyanatha Iyer (1844-1893). Iyer repeated the lines and introduced his own variations called san*gatis, a characteristic of all south Indian music performance. As Maha Vaidyanatha Iyer was a very renowned vocalist, his version became popular and is passed on till this day as the standard. Here is a long article on the great singer -- www.rasikas.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=20818
