i’m fine with celebrities speaking out about their personal politics if they choose to do so. i’m a pretty hardcore liberal, but i’m still a fan of many conservative actors, musicians, etc. (not all of them… there are some things that are not negotiable for me) it’s when people surround themselves with others who only think and say the same things they do that we don’t make any progress. to get anywhere we need to be able to have intelligent, insightful conversations. sadly a lot of people can’t do that, so they just yell their opinions as loud as they can without listening to anyone else 😬

Cruel summer and miss americana and the heartbreak prince ( a song about politics but many think it's just about high school). Also, loving your 1989 world tour reactions. People shouldn’t be ruling like this is their world but of serving other people and not make it their business or sumn. They make you scared so you don’t speak, fair enough, but not now that many people have opened their eyes too

They really literally commit crimes against eachother because of religion and I’m oppressed to be a Muslim idk what would happen if I opposed and said I don’t believe in it because I really don’t but I don’t want to put myself in danger.
There is no such thing as "getting cancelled" take accountability for what you did and how you treated others (what you said in part 1) and no, not everything is controversial. A lot of things are just the norm in the rest of the world.
