Do not stay (stayed Nov 21 , 2021) The hallway to the room was unfinished The manager, stated I should've been aware of the construction, but were not, The pictures of the room on the website were not the same as our room, sliding door fell off its track, sheets incorrect size, the rain shower drain clogged flooded the bathroom, I spent the next three hours with management negating. Our total bill was approximately $500, which I think is absurd for what we were delivered, very disappointing Video
I’m definitely sorry you had a bad experience. I stayed at this resort twice in the cottages and on both occasions I had a great stay with no issues! My video displays my experience.
