Hi, so I just wanted to share what happened with me yesterday….my SP hasn’t spoken to me in almost two months and since then I’ve been visualizing getting back together. One thing I would do is imagine seeing his truck outside of the gym we go to. I wasn’t even trying to affirm that. It was just a reoccurring though I had. Yesterday, when I was walking out from the gym, I finally saw his truck. It’s weird because I didn’t even see him inside of the gym. I wanted to go back in and look for him but I stopped myself. I just gave it to God and the universe and decided not to question it. I did get excited, though and I got this inner feeling that it’s already mine. It felt like I ordered something I really wanted and am excited for its arrival. I do tend to feel a little bit of that neediness come back but I’m trying to counter that feeling. Is it possible to be excited without it turning into attachment again? I feel like I tend to walk the fine line between the two. Thanks!
Omg I was visualizing seeing my sp at the gym n then I finally did. I had to exercise all the restraint not to run to him like I usually do (as I've been doing a lot of that lately) and just trust and remind myself that from now on I am practicing letting men come to me.
'I wouldnt mind.............' is actually a great way to release resistance especially for anxious people. My adhd brain thanks you for this suggestions
Really appreciating your videos, Natalie. My partner chose to end our relationship 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely into being with him. It’s been a hard 3 weeks but I’ve been an absolute practitionner of the LOA for years now and am totally aware of the fact that I attracted that breakup for my own thought and so am totally able of attracting the contrary too. Before I detached I was really rampaging. This was confirmed in a tarot reading I saw on RUclips one day. The title caught my attention so I watched it. The exact same words I used when manifesting showed up in the reading and so did the fact that I was manifesting. Amazing.
How can I detached from her, when we are in the same office working together everyday. Because we're in the same office she always try to do things that triggers me.
