Gunung Liang East & West peak 1933m. Elevation gain 1844m. Trailhead via Resort TSR Behrang 3.797216, 101.525441 (⭐ Gunung Liang East & West ⭐ Behrang⭐ Tanjung Malim ⭐ Perak) Gunung Liang East & West is a 18.3-km out-and-back trail near Slim, Perak. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 11 h 30 min to complete. This is a popular trail for backpacking, camping, and hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.

It depends how heavy a drinker are you. I brought 3 liters and replenish at Lubuk Hantu on the way down.
