Bless, seeing Josh cry with happiness for Fly was so sweet to watch
Was my absolute number 1 bucket list coaster in the entire world. Meant the world to me I got to experience it ❤❤❤
@joshfromorlando That's great to hear and it really shows how it meant the world to you
@@joshfromorlando That is great to hear. So, did it live up to the Hype? Or was it overhyped?
@@Milchdieb it absolutely lived up to the hype! The entire experience truly makes it
@@joshfromorlando That is so nice to hear. I agree BTW. I think that coaster or actually that entire area truly unique and one of a kind... it might never be topped. This is simply the definitive flying coaster.
I’m so happy you guys got on F.L.Y!!! That literally made me cry 🥲🥲 so freaking cool
It was such a great day 🤩
I love your positive and cheerful attitude
Thank you ☺️
I was looking forward to this Vlog. The excitement when entering Rookburgh is something I can relate to. I think Phantasialand did an outstanding job designing this area. Even the soundtrack is awesome. Did your friend actually cry... well, cannot blame him. lol.
If you ever come back, please try to stay at one of the hotels. Rookburgh has an accomodation that is a smooth continuation of the theming. Also nice: the hotels are actually INSIDE the park. You just walk through the gardens and you are right there.
He really did! Before we took the trip, we all said if there was 2 coasters that we'd be gutted if we missed - we said Fly and Ride to Happiness. We totally thought we were going to miss it, so it was more of a, "OMG! It's open and it's happening!"
We'd LOVE to stay in the Rookburgh hotel next time we visit - it's definitely on the list of things to do.
This is an odd thing to say, but I wish you had been to the bathroom in Rookburgh... Lol. Cuz would you believe it, they are nicely themed as well.
I did fly yesterday and omg the first time i felt like i was falling out 🤯nice vlog
I cried when I saw Rookburgh and F.L.Y. for the first time too! So relatable 🙂❤ Its shame you had so bad luck with weather during the summer ... went on tour the Germany in September and we had much nicer weather! so strange.
We were so overwhelmed because we didn’t think we were going to be able to ride it… and then just how beautiful the area was! Totally took our breath away.
Didnt you do River Quest?
If not you literally have to come back, to get on the most bizarr River Rapids ever build.
Anyways, you again had some bad luck with the weather but at least you had many walk ons on your 2nd day xD
So it all went in your favor xD
If you return, book 4 days, its way more worth it, especially when its sunny, for 3 reasons.
1st when you buying a 3day-ticket you gonna get the 4th day free.
2nd it might be very crowded, when its sunny xD
3rd Yu get a quick pass for each day you visiting. if you book in Ling Bao or Matamba these quick passes can be used for some different attractions, such as Winjas or Chiapas, which on a hot day is worth more than gold.
If you book in Charles Lindbergh though these quick passes are exclusively for F.L.Y.
We didn't get to River Quest this visit. Sadly it was 55-60 degrees (F) both days with rain. Would love to come back when it's warm & sunny to get River Quest completed - we've heard great things!
@@cruiseandcoasters you wont regret it or maybe you will...depends...xD
Its one of the wettest River Rapids in Europe xD
Glad you got to experience F.L.Y. (I totally felt the disappointment during the first video, as that‘s what I experienced when I was at SFMM and Superman Escape was down for my whole stay)! Whenever I describe that ride to someone, I say that it‘s more kind of a flight simulation than a rollercoaster. I especially love the dips underneath buildings and the strong airtime you get in the front after the 2nd launch (which you almost don‘t feel in the back).
Overall, thanks for the two videos! Always fun to see people from far away enjoy my favorite park. 🙂
Just one question: Why didn‘t you ride River Quest? Was it closed?
Thanks so much for watching! We didn’t get River quest. Both days it was like 55 degrees and raining and after Chiapas, we didn’t have it in us for another water ride lol. Next time!!
@@cruiseandcoasters I understand. You can be lucky on it, but you can also get off completely drenched. 😅 Thanks for the quick reply!
@KfromShC of course!!
If you think that rain is perfect for Klugheim and Taron you should see it in the snow 😱
Going to Phantasialand for their winter event is high up on my bucket list!
@@cruiseandcoasters Do it! Phantasialand was my second home when they still had the annual ticket. My wife is also working there. She started in the Rutmors Taverne and is now working in Office. Since she gets 8 free tickets per season we visit it pretty often. Its still great everytime we are in the Park.
That’s so cool!! Maybe next year I’ll plan a Germany trip in December. Would also love to see Europa-Park that time of year 😍
Geister Riksha is, as far as I know a Story about visiting the chinese version of hell. And yeah it's really old with all these practical effects.
"Geister" = Ghosts
And oh boy did you capture the ride well!
Yeah Germans can be rather reserved xD
Thank you so much! It was such an interesting ride
The Story of Feng Ju Palace is quite interesting. Basically the two people love each other but are challenged by a deamon who wants the Princess for himself. The prince tries to fight the deamon with help of the four elements. This is what you see in the pre show. He looses and the demon is taking her to the wedding ceremony with him what you see in the main room. There you fight him with all the elements together and you finally beat him and they can get together.
I can surely understand that this story is confusing but they tried to make it understandable for all languages so they tried it without any language at all. Also this Attraction was build pretty quickly after the big fire from 2001 where almost the complete building was destroyed (it was a music animatronic show before) and so maybe the whole Attraction was a little rushed. 😊
This is so interesting - thank you! Wish you had been there to explain it to us during the ride 😆
19:42 Anyone has the music please ? thanks !
7:55 maybe something was broken during your visit :D Usually there is an announcement in English & German (as seen here: ruclips.net/video/Kidi6N_81EU/видео.html)
Interesting!! It must have been broken
Geister Rikscha 🛺 is 42 years old. I hope it will be renovate.
