Phantasialand is one of the best theme parks in Europe we love it which also whybwe were so upset!
This event is amazing amd magical and that is obviously why it was so popular!
Learn from our mistakes ladies and gents!
Things that could have helped
*reduce numbers
*hold a crowd calendar onsite
*improve operations(staff messing around)
*Have all rides operating
*more toilets / food and drink stands
*one way routes throughout the day
*raise tickets prices while reducing numbers
Yes you pay more but you have a better day!
I usually say hope you enjoyed the video but that wont be the case this time learn from our mistakes!
