英國好多living room 同dining room 都要分開, 打通好, 明白英國文化, 但分開唔實用, 細房好多餘, 為間多一間房而造, 左右打通一間先夠空間！ 抽油煙機唔係抽出屋外, 用電池爐煮野唔得, 雪櫃built-in 點散熱, 有d 重要放焗爐一齊, 好快壞！

But everyone needs a place to live. It will be cheaper than renting if you can afford to buy but don’t buy as short term investment.
喺2013年中打後樓市曾經大升咗一 段時間持續不斷升，你哋應該係買貴咗，加上地區問題，所以唔係咁理想升值。唔緊要啦最緊要住得開心舒服。

你哋可否拍片分享一下local British 生活上的細節/習慣/ 禮儀？例如搬去新居會否送卡及小禮物俾鄰居？在backyard bbq前會否先同鄰居講聲，甚或邀請鄰居參加？過節（eg Xmas) 送Xmas card & gift ？我在不同的groups上見到有人話基於禮貌應該做以上種種；但亦有人話其實咁樣做唔係有禮貌，卻反而會打擾到鄰居（eg 次次bbq都事先同鄰居講聲會令鄰居覺得好煩）。好希望能夠聽吓你哋嘅分享。感謝！
