Here's a big one for drogoz. His lava spit is not a weapon shot but if you shoot it mid air that explosion is a weapon shot and applies caut. The explosion of that rocket is much bigger than a normal rocket so it's a real good way to apply caut too multiple targets after doing significant damage too them.
I hated playing Rei and against Rei before I watched your Rei guide. Now I typically do quite well, especially with your loadout. Thanks for the great content and keep it coming when you can please!
Honest and positive feedback, you can get some of these vids into tiktoks or shorts, the numbers are very well explained and surprinsingly you can give a lot of info in a minute. I'd follow there at least, but I'm subscribed so I'm biased :)
Loved the video thanks for all your tips ! 9:09 Doesn't deminishing returns apply here ? Like for example a Furia heal with max Caut on a Rejuv 3 target would be : 90% of 1000 → 100 healing +30% of 100 → 130 healing (different from 300, as it would have been if you just added percentages) Not sure of that though, but I know that it works for a lot of percentages in Paladins (sorry for my english btw)
Nope. This was the case quite a while ago but the mechanic was reworked. Now Rejuve is directly subtracted from Cauterize. 90% caut and 30% rejuve = 60% caut.
amazing vid!! the only thing i'd say is knowing when cauterize is on a character. when i started, i was a dps main so i had no idea what it looked like when cauterize was being applied.
The fact that Kill to Heal needs either a kill or ELIMINATION is great! Lovely item, specially if you are support or poke champions a lot and you can survive until someone else kills the enemy 😊. I always try to get it a few minutes into the game though, to see how good both teams perform. If me or the team ate getting demolished, I see no point. I'll max Haven first.
I absolutely love your videos! But, can you make a video like a gameplay just explaining how to hide of the flanks? That would make me absolutely thrilled!!
how to counter antiheal? option 1: kill all of the enemys with a dmg seris option2: wait for your tank to put up a wall/shield so u can ignore antiheal option3: put a healing tornadoe as furia and have a friend grover ult on your tank so that he has so much healing he cant die
nice videoo, btw a puppy??? xD that's amazinggg, take care of him or her! :D keep doing videos :) as a paladins veteran this videos are really lovely to watch xd i would recomend you to work on your video icons, making them more attractive would attrack more ppl to your videos over old videos of paladins
This is more of an indirect way of dealing with it, but i think diversifying how you support your team is an important aspect of dealing with anti-heal. I've been focusing a lot more on the other kinds of utility my champion brings to the table in my deck-building and play-style, and it has helped a ton. It often means i just straight up out-scale the enemy team support. Other kinds of utility include things like shields, damage reduction, buffs, cc, ult charge, heal cut, etc.
The information at 9:09 about how rejuvenate works is incorrect. I won’t go into the math but rejuvenate only applies 30 percent to the post cauterise heal which results in a lower heal, it is not how you suggest where you simply add the two percentages. As a frontline main I think it would be helpful to o publish a video on what frontline’s can do to get the most out of their supports ie, cleansing caut, protecting the healer, getting LOS and positioning to get the best out of your healer
i like this idea... A lot of the time especially with new players there is a lack of understanding on how to cleanse caut and complaining of no healing late game when in fact they never break caut and your healing is doing 8 per tick instead of 80 or whatever. As a healer you can tell within about 30 seconds if you tank will be any good based on how they react to the healer be it inara throwing up a wall, Khan using a shield/battle shout etc.
Idk, feel like to balance the crazy heals that characters can dish out would be to tweak the overall health of characters, not nerf healers because they took chip damage or splash damage
As a master 500 maeve, your comment of "flanks dieing at 1hp" was pretty funny. Some flanks complain about healing but I've gotten so used to never getting heals I don't mind sitting out of combat for a bit. I do think there is a difference between ,Good, Okay, and Bad Healers tho. The "Good" ones will occasionally look for me The "Okay" ones will heal everyone but me The "Bad" ones will do 20k in 20min. Almost forgot, the Good ones will roast me when I'm throwing because they will notice lol
personal experience with maeve: you either destroy your enemy team, you barely get 1kill/death, or you just cant do anything except try to snipe a tank kill with pounce...
This works both ways as well. If i see a flank running the same route and dying consistantly im going to ignore them as a support. Likewise if i see a flank get a pick and then hide for out of combat regen im likely to remember that and try and get them some additional healing where possible. The other type is the flank who dives and comes back for heals. If you do that i will throw you a heal but if you do that then start spamming "need healing" you are going to be ignored. If you came back you can go right back and use out of combat im usually busy dealing with the enemy teams flanks or trying to keep the tank alive.
Good healers will look out for you and help you as you fight, I will occasionally heal a flank retreated but only if there is not someone else who really needs it more so I think you make a great point :)
@@Emmy13691 It's fine to be honest. Even if your takes aren't meta you still are a 5 year support main. So getting your opinion would be a good perspective to have, at least for me.
A good main support has two sources of healing. Io would place her doggy on point to heal Inara and heal up Zhin. A support who has to choose in this situation is probably not a good main support. Zhin having to wait for out of combat heal means he will lose his chance to flank and kill Viktor before his teammates show up.
Tbh when they introduced 90 caut last year It didnt really bother me, i actually likes that change a lot After that change playing support became extremely satisfying 😤👍
If in this situation inara is under constand 90% cauterise and zhin not - i will heal zhin, cuz it returt him to the fight after 1 speel, while its very hard to even sustain inara with big anti-heal on her.

Im pretty sure rejuv ignores caut. And rejuv is bugged rn with it only giving 8% instead of the promised 10%
No you may be correct! This was brought to my attention by another commenter as well and I am going to be doing some testing on it :)

@@elmercy4968 honestly that could be right, it’s the wrong math but considering some of my recent in game experiences it would make sense
