I've remade this project file for just one launchpad so it's easier for the majority of people to play.

I think Beethoven would have been proud to know that this what his music would evolve to
He wouldn't, It's sounds cool for us because we are this generation. Back then, they didn't even know about this so they would be confused and many elite people of groups of the past would not like remixes and heavily discouraged change as they would not benefit but risk falling down the hierarchy ladder. Having all that said, he probably wouldn't like this in the slightest.
