I am planning to buy bolero bs6 but I have been getting some bad reviews from Some of my friends who own power plus bs4 .problems such as turbo problem, self starter issue ,engine heating etc
.heard that some power plus bolero are having engine problems too after 50 k kilometres .can I know if your bs6 bolero is giving any major problems which you had to replace other then running parts ?
Road Presence....King Stance...Good view...Great Engine & Torque, Strong built, RWD, so spacious, Good Mileage, Rough and Tough for Indian Roads, Ladder on frame Chassis (True SUV)...amazing/fun to drive...Great on off roading....what else can we expect ?...Mahindra is the best....

@@venubabuks yes there are rusting probelm in side fender but I dont think it's product fault
We use bolero in rural and wash form groud water
So mybe this would be reason for rusting
Mere yaha ye gaadi 2008 se mining ke kaam me lagi hai..totally extreme offroad gaon aur pahado pe. Abhi bi barabar use karte hai aur utni hi gajab chal rahi...

The Bolero's EBD might itself be able to get the same job done. Not by locking the wheel in the air but by equally distributing engine's power to either side of the differential.
Because tata sumo is out of the market, bolero is enjoying it's share...hope tata brings back the sumo, the legend. I owned sumo gold cr4, it's a beast go anywhere vehicle.

@@pongtiyana3874 bolero has rusting issues and ball joint problems, they mostly break....sumo is indestructible, can run anywhere in any kind of road conditions, it is legend.

It's no match to sumo 3.0 dicor engine, sumo can run 2 lakhs km just for warm up, many tourist drivers prefer sumo, it can run to bad roads, rural roads, muddy roads all over the country.

Tried and tested workhorse…no nonsense car…you own this car and not other way round as in luxury SUV’s . Only vehicle with metal Bumpers. Mine is a BS6 2020 version. So far no issues at all

All the problems that I hear from others about bolero and problems that I find in my family bolero is disheartening but i forget every problem when I start driving it. Boleros driving is just fkng brilliant. Love it.
it pulls effortlessly because of it's torque this is legacy of bolero but this car lacks i safety only otherwise car is awesome it was my dream car when i was in 6th standard

I had waited for bolero neo/tuv 300 facelift. But after seeing it (though spied pics) and other researches, thought for buying bolero as its a complete fun package. But due to its taxi image and no black colour, finally settled for SCORPIO S5(BLACK).... n its a class ABOVE..... proud of my decision in every aspect.... Mind-blowing ... paisa wasool.
Dear friend, u are absolutely right the tyre tracks of front and rear are different, in this as in old thar crde.. And I purchased thar crde 700 just because I had same fear that the same look will never be seen.. Excellent choice..

Desi wagon & specially mahindra's 76bhp engine means actually 86bhp, kyun ki sir mera ek dost mahindra ka factory tour kiya tha & manager se bolero ka engine pucha tha, to unho ne bola ki not only bolero mahindra's each & every car ka engine specs jo on paper rehta hai usme se 10bhp zyada rehta hai, engine ssangyong ka rehta hai jisko India mein according to demand tune up tune down kiya jata hai aur mHawk ka name diya jata hai india mein. Very valuable information, sabko ye information share kar dena sir, cause many people don't know about this in-depth. ♥️♥️Stay Safe stay healthy, jai hind 🇮🇳🙂

I also own bolero and it's awesome. I take it to almost every part of the country. Very less maintenance and extreme happiness with family
The only issue with the BS6 Bolero is the DPF and AdBlue refill problem. Regularly check the AdBlue level in your car and NEVER EVER run your BS6 Bolero without AdBlue, you'll just kill it. It also needs to be driven on the highway at high rpms for some time to clear the DPF of the accumulated soot....
Sir, I also owned bs6 bolero and recently i got to see DPF malfunctioning in the screen before starting for twice but after that it is not showing since then till now...what should I do, Sir?....Shall I visit to showroom for servicing or let it be as for now?.....also I gave for 2nd servicing and they refilled the adblue of around 10 to 16 litres....
@@zarifalam5001 Brother, you need to go to the Mahindra Authorized Service Centre, there the technician will erase the error code via connecting your Bolero's ECM with his laptop. This will take around over half an hour. To prevent this problem from recurring, you must drive your car in a lower gear at high rpm for some time regularly. Like, on an open road with minimal traffic, you should drive in 3rd gear at around or more than 3000 rpm for some distance. This will clear the soot clogging the DPF and keep it clean. Also, regularly check the level of AdBlue in your car's tank too.

The illusion created by the wheels both front & rear basically is a larger wheel track in the front to reduce turning radius, while the shorter wheel track at the rear is designed to reduce differential losses and providing better horse power at the wheel.

Using since 2012, drive 175000km no problem with engine or power, great view from driving position, fair average, unique looks, i put only alloys with same company tyres and hella fogs as modification, only a few rust problems otherwise it's more than what u pay for👍
