Insightful video! What CRM software would Marianne use if she was in the auto parts sales business?
Well, I’m not in that business so I’m not exactly sure what your biggest needs are. I would always recommend infusion soft, or HubSpot. I’ve had good progress and experiences with those.

I'm a small business start up. I do not have many clients. IF and when I start getting more clients I can't have more than 8-10 clients per 4-6 weeks. How much money does CRM start at? It seems that CRM might be better suited for medium to big companies. I don't know...currently I have a salon software that is used mostly for customer information and scheduling. Going prices?

Is there a free CRM that allows you to create customized fields??
Yes, I've done a couple of installations of SuiteCRM and it is pretty flexible. You can create new fields and also define their relationsship to other modules.

@@Marianne_Hickman not really I’m kind of on the beginning stages I’m doing research on Zendesk and Zoho trying to find one that is easy to navigate. It’s funny because I currently work for a call center but I can’t find chat support work so I’m like maybe I can crest my own 😩😂

I was absolutely disappointed in your video. If I'm trying to learn about a software system....I need tangible evidence 🤷🏼♀️ like show me on the computer....it was just no help hearing a not so in-depth description of a crm software and ugh. Just put yourself in the position like you've NEVER seen or heard of it in your life.

Highly suggest checking out Clear C2, Inc. Not just another vendor but CRM Partner that molds and customizes there in house, developed platform called C2CRM and is directly supported in house. On-Prem or Cloud based they do both and there CRM supports SMB to Enterprise level customers with out the Enterprises pricing and they don't nickel and dime you. They the 30 day demo and give them a call.

this is the problem with people that don't understand CRM is giving really bad advice... google sheets cannot be used as a CRM either NEVER USE A SPREAD SHEET TO REPLACE CRM, that's a spreadsheet and not a CRM the two cannot be compared at all, this is such poor advice rather look into using a free option in the beginning or take the time to learn how to install and run your own CRM, an example of this self hosted system would be vtigercrm, rather invest the time to learn how to install and manage a CRM than use a spreadsheet
