Is it just too difficult to keep the secondary at a fixed frequency with changing conditions or is it the secondary that's meant to be fully resonant through feedback? What sort of semiconductors does it use? I've been wondering if SiC devices are gonna get popular among serious coilers. SiC MOSFETs seem like they'd be ideal in an SSTC.
