Sir positive charges mean protons and how the protons of conductor will accumulate at one side due to magnetic force? If it is then the conductor will destroy because the conductor is made of atoms

Opposite charges pe force ki direction b opposite hoti h.
Positive pe upward lage gi to negative pe downward lage gi.
