@JaviPlayRetro I agree. That's why I chose the dark blue color in pla. I am sure you could try and print it in a transparent blue color or maybe color match it to your rgb20sx. I need to order another console as my screws are almost stripped from all my testing. Safe to say, you can open it a dozen or more times without issues if you are careful. It is still easily one of my favorite handhelds of 2024, especially when modded.

Hey, do you use ironing for the back plates? The best way to get smooth surfaces, and also for the rounded corners you could try variable layer height.

@mateimatei3725 Well, to be honest, most of my designs have been low res until now due to free software, so I haven't experimented with finishes much yet in the slicer. I tend to like orca so far. I'll give it a go if I can find those settings. Feel like I have come across the ironing option. I just haven't tried it. I'm pretty sure I just set it to .12mm layer height. The variable size for the edges is a cool idea. I don't have a super expensive printer or anything, but it's fun for prototypes.

@Johntriger I use orca too and .13MM layers, i have a Bambu P1S and a Prusa MK4S, also an Flsun T1 Pro which is broken right now, waiting for parts to arrive under warranty, if you need any help, ask! Orca is the best slicer in my opinion, there are a few decent free cad softwares, i use Shapr3D however.

@Johntriger Ironing can be found under quality, scarf seams might work for some parts with rounded edges, it is a bit hit and miss, but it is very easy to clean those seams with a knife and then heating up the zone you cut with a lighter to bring back the original color.

@mateimatei3725 the variable height I found last night. Kinda annoyed that you can't just search for the feature, it's a hamburger looking button near the placement adjustments after you select the item. Thanks for the tips! I'll give those a shot as well. Wanted to print a rgb30sx raised trigger variant with variable layer height and ironing enabled. Thanks. I have just recently gotten into 3d printing it's been fun.

@@Johntriger Hey, pretty sure orca has a search feature, do you use mac or windows?
