Bugs can live with/in seed and seed packets or packaged soils so they can show up in even the most sterile environments. Good channel. Thank you for sharing.
Hey Erv., I have watched 3 of your videos so far since I subscribed. I watch a ton of stuff at utoob. Since spring arrived, been watching loads of gardening vids. All of my growing will be in containers. I have a lot of transplanting into larger vessels, to do over the next few days. Will watch as much of your content, as I can.
Are you allowed to do rain barrels if your buddy can get more set up a rainwater collection system with at least one. To much love on your plants yeah, hard not to love on your plant babies. Great update rv!Blessings of Bounty and May Your Gardens and your Life always Bring You Joy,Inspiration and Abundance!" - Hope
I had considered a rain barrel system, but because of the extreme uphill nature of my backyard where my garden is, I would have to install an electric pump to pump the water out of the rain barrel from where my collection point would be. It's doable oh, but not the easiest project in the world. If I ever do it, you can be certain I'll have it on video.
So sad, that you pointed out, "are you allowed to"... I know what your getting at. I harvest rain, but there is a stigma attached to it, for those in the know.
I have a number of grow lights I'm experimenting with in this video. I'm going to eventually do a video about all the grow lights I've used since I started gardening.
It's basically a two level shelf without the top on it. Then I use the clamp lights for my grow lights. It's not perfect, and the grow lights are not quite good enough. It works well enough for me though.
