Which Insta360 Studio bitrate is best for Caddx Peanut flowstate stabilised video?

I normally render the stabilised videos from these cameras in the range of 12-18mbps. These were the settings I used for the review video (link below) but the settings can vary the quality of the final video and how RUclips compresses it.
