So funny to hear you explain at length that there really should be 4 cymbal crashes in the last measure! Without sample packs with white noise risers what that about the standard transition between one part and another - that and snare rolls :-D
90's Eurodance: Snap, 2 unlimited, Capella, 2 brothers on the 4th floor, Mo-do, Culture beat, La bouche, Corona, etc... but non of the artists you mentioned. Eurodance started end 80's and ended end 90's.
Yes you are right. But as you can see that wasn't the point of this video - this was about showing how to make those 90s influenced dance songs that are coming back lately.
Some tend to think that music being European and dance makes it Eurodance but Eurodance is actually a specific genre from the 90's like Snap, 2 unlimited etc... So non of the artists mentioned in the title are making Eurodance.
@@johnmizzoi agree 200%. Guetta, Harris are the evolution of eurodance, but I would call it early EDM maybe, like in early 90s there was something between italodisco and eurodance
Interesting but if I'd compare Children (Robert Miles) with Miracle (Calvin Harris) this is pretty much the same style but with a more modern approach. I assume it's pretty hard to distinguish where the lines are between these genres because usually there are none but I see that what started Eurodance sounds different (Snap, 2 unlimited, Capella) to what Guetta & Harris are making today.
@@poplabsounds Despite I love children and it was included in several eurodance compilations of that era, children was the less eurodance eurodance song xD. Miracles sounds similar because is some kind or revival like synthwave from 80s but the sound is far from being 90s. In 90s they used moslty cheap romplers and analog gear. No subbass, no reesses and for me the most iconic kick. A 909 layered with a high pitched one, like lazer sound.
The bass is called "LatelyBass" and is from the Yamaha TX81z. That preset was used all over 90s eurodance in a simple offbeat pattern.
Yes! I figured that out as well shorty after this video.
holy! You made a remake and posted a tutorial within two days of the release? You are way too good at this.
Thanks haha
Bruder danke sehr. Hab vieles gelernt von dir !
Freut mich haha gerne 🫡
Wow, very cool 😎🙌

Haha true but it's not common at all in most EDM Productions nowadays so a lot of people are not aware of it!

@@poplabsounds Cool. Deutsche Produzenten sind mega im Kommen habe ich das Gefühl. Klingt auf jeden Fall Bombe!
This is awesome but don't think this is 90s eurodance but 2000's eurodance. Guetta and Harris make their success in 2000 actually.

Might actually be a cool idea to make an "real" 90s Eurodance video!

Another one🤌
every week 🤷♂
Great, but the only I found was FL KEYS.
Seems like people wanted good music again. That said felt like your vocal needed a little upper mid boost was feeling a little down.
none of those people are from the 90s
