Ask him to start with house share option, this will build reference checks which will then help him with rental applications. Other option is to offer more than the landlord demands. Good chances for application to be approved then.

Hi Saurabh , i am from Sydney and right now looking at Perth from investment perspective- budget
North-Brabham, Dayton, Caversham are good family-oriented sububs in my opinion. South would recommend Success or Piara waters. Not a big fan of Cannington for residential purposes.

It all depends on tenants but having job makes your application much strong as you can demonstrate ability fir future payment. Unless you pay in advance.
