I feel the same way about investing that $$$ to continue doing something that your body loves/needs. When I first moved to the city, I was shocked at how expensive classes/gym memberships were and I refused to sign up for anything for atleast a year. It definitely took a toll on my mental health/body so I ended up signing up for a studio that I found to love and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving here! Makes the money spent so much more worth it

I know it's not the same as going somewhere to do yoga, but I have been doing it for almost two years at home with RUclips videos (i recommend you Tana Yoga) and occasionally going to a studio. I can't afford going to s studio all the time neither I have time to, so it has really helped me and allows me to do it whenever I want to.
