Fantastic reaction- I have been binge watching your reactions to DMB as they are by far my favorite. I love seeing you soak in the lyrics and understand what an incredible storyteller he is. The band is unmatched especially live. I am moved by watching you experience these live performances. I can say that the love that us DMB fans have their music webbed into the fabric of our souls. Thank you for your genuine love of music and sharing yourselves with us!

I've seen DMB 80ish times and they are the only band that you never know what you're going to hear or how they will play it. I'm so glad you watched this version of this song. It's been awesome watching you two go down this rabbit hole! Keep it up!

I love this song. So powerful and amazing live. DMB, to me, is the ultimate jam band. Perfection when they are live and so entertaining. Love your reactions!

I'm just gonna say that there's never been a more raw and powerful song written about the subjugation and overthrow of native peoples by colonial powers than this. If there is one, point me to it, because I have to hear it to believe! DMB hit it out of the park with both this song and the performance of it here. It was jaw dropping when I saw them live. I'm glad you folks got to experience it.

I am so happy you love DMB as much as I do. They are so great. Your reactions bring me such joy. You truly are two of my favorite people even though we’ve never met. Isn’t music incredible? It can bring such joy and also such sadness, but somehow it’s all great.

The studio version of this is completely different. Slower and softer. The song came out in 1998 and evolved into this by 2003. A lot of their songs will have a different energy live or will keep evolving. Their studio versions are just where they are with the song that time (and a lot of times pulled back because of well… the music industry).

I love watching your reactions to DMB. Seeing new people discover them is always great to see. My favorite band, saw them for the first time in 98’ and have been to 30+ shows since. Definitely get to a concert if you have the chance

I've been a DMB fan for around 30 years now. I haven't even heard the studio versions of most of their songs, but I probably have a dozen different live versions of this song in my music library. DMB lets fans record concerts, and trade music with other fans, as long as no money is exchanged.

Hey Andre & Dominika, here's another artist I believe you will enjoy listening too. So, if interested give him a listen, "Dr. John - Right Place, Wrong Time - Guitar Center's Battle of the Blues 2012" (by the channel: Guitar center) --This song by American musician "Dr. John" and was the first single from his sixth studio album called "In The Right Place" released in 1973. This became his biggest hit single. However, he has quite a bit more work to explore in future, if interested.

This song is about condemning the white man's treatment of Native Americans. The lyrics are quite deep. Love your channel and more Dave! :)

I'm sorry, but I really disagree with your suggestions here (except maybe your third one, 'Out Of My Hands'). The version of 'The Last Stop' you linked is far from their best performance-Dave was clearly struggling with his vocals. Also, 'Long Black Veil' isn't a DMB original; it's a cover of a 1959 ballad, so I'd prefer reactions to songs the band has actually created themselves. I have plenty of suggestions (as any fan would), but I won't link them here to keep this comment concise. No disrespect intended, but I don't think the suggestions here are worthy of a reaction.

@@OvercookedOctopusFeet - LOL... I said they were some of my favorites, not some of their per se "most popular." Most people think "Crash Into Me" is their best song and I think it's mediocre at best. The reason WHY I suggested all of those songs:
#1: The Last Stop - This is reminiscent of Kashmir by Led Zep. And we know Dave likes this since he's actually performed Kashmir. The Last Stop has a Middle Eastern vibe to it.
#2: Long Black Veil - I specifically suggested this BECAUSE it is a Johnny Cash song. And Dave did it better than Johnny and the female backing vocals on it are a nice touch.
#3: Out of My Hands - Because Dave is on piano with just Carter.
All three of these songs present a massive range for Dave and it's precisely WHY they were suggested. Dominika & Andrei are learning a lot about Dave and this gives them a sampling of Dave's breadth of talent.
If I added in a 4th song, it would be Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin) from the Tiny Desk concert as this version solo is a lot different than the others and highlights Dave by himself: ruclips.net/video/ieoiAeL-uow/видео.html
So then we have hard rock Led Zep vibe song, a Johnny Cash song, a Dave/Carter piano/drum song and a Dave solo song.
