i love this song so much, but really dread on the lyric "Father, Son, and Holy Shepherd" because "father, son, and holy shepherd" as a whole is not biblical. 😟
I noticed that right away too
It's a Song about Jesus and not about the trinity. When I pray, I also use different descriptions about God and call him things like "father" or "friend". I understand the lyrics in the same way. It's a prayer where it names different attributes about God: "Father, Son, Holy Shepherd". So I wouldn't say, it's unbiblical.
