- FULL DETAILS - How to do an oil change, how to replace the filter and Reset Service Light in a 2008-2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK350.
In this video, I show the step-by-step process on how to change the oil, replace oil filter and how to reset the service indicator on my 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK350. It works great if you do your own maintenance (DIY). The process should work for any W204, W205, 2008-2014, GLK-Class, GLK350, C-CLASS, C300, C250, C350, G Wagon, V6 and C63. How to Reset Service A, B And Full Service.
***Please be careful. Use All Safety Precautions***
Step-by-step Instructions to reset the Service Indicator Light
Get into the driver seat
Close all of the doors
Insert the key into the ignition
Turn the key into Position 1
Now, these steps will be done on the steering wheel:
Press "OK" if there are any indicators, making sure your Odometer is displayed on the cluster
Press and hold the Call button. After pressing the Call button, press and hold the OK button
Press the down arrow until you find ASSYST PLUS and select OK
Press the down arrow until you find FULL SERVICE, then select OK
Press the down arrow until you find CONF FULL SERVICE and select OK
Select Yes, then press "OK".
Press the down arrow until you find Confirm and select OK
Turn OFF the car. Turn ON the car and the Service indicator Light should be gone.

Yo tengo ese tipo de vehículo y me gustaria saber dónde puedo yo conseguir las luces delantera. Ya que la que tienes fue remplazada, pero es muy débil y no alumbra casi nada y no se cual es la numeración. Te lo agradezco muchas gracias.

I have the glk 350 2012 and 2013 atm. Only had to change oil. No other issues. But I recommend getting 2013 and newer.
Disculpa, mi hijo estuvo manejando mi auto y confundia la manilla del cruise control con el señalero, eso puede causar que se encienda el check engine light?

Saludos. Siempre y cuando este en buenas condiciones no. Yo nunca he tenido problemas.
Cuando esta dobladas o se ve maltratada, si debe cambiarse.
I enjoyed your video, but you left off one o-ring the dipstick oil ring. It needs to be changed every time you change your oil. GLK 350 needs a strong seal even at the dipstick.

Go to Harbor Freight and purchase a vacuum oil extractor and suck the oil out from the dipstick tube which is designed to get every drop without the mess just like the dealership.. like I said it gets every drop and it’s not too expensive either.

El mileage se que MB son vehículos que aguantan bastante pero me preocupa adquirir uno no bien cuidado.
Hola. Es una excelente elección. Verifique que no tenga choques, ruidos en el motor y ruidos en la suspension. También condúzca un rato y verifique que no tenga ningún problema eléctrico o luz de chequeo encendida. Si todo eso esta bien, es un buen vehículo para comprar.
En términos de reparación. Las piezas no son caras. Lo costoso es la labor pero no son complicadas de hacer.

Disculpa para cambiar la tapa del tanque de Gasolina , nomas la remplaso oh hay algo mas que acer?
Hola. Debe limpiar el área alrededor donde va el tapon para asegurar que la nueva tapa selle bien. Cualquier duda me deja saber gracias.

I do have a question about resetting the service light. When i start the sequence i hold the call button release and hold the ok button and it just keeps asking me if i want to reset my trip meter?
It sounds like you’re not getting into the menu. Press "OK" if there are any indicators, making sure your Odometer is displayed on the cluster. Press and hold the Call button. After pressing the Call button, press and hold the OK button. Make sure you have the doors closed before you start the process. Hope that helps! Keep me posted

La marca de aceite que use es a discreción del dueño del vehículo. Tu comentario me dio ganas de abrir google y la mayoría recomienda Mobil 1 Tri-Synthetic Formula 0w-40.
