@@cottoncandykawaii2673 All the industries are the same, just treated in a different way. KPOP, mostly small companies treat their artists the worst, the big companies are alright and pay them. But they do get mistreated, drained out, and forced to act a certain way for their public image (some create fake personalities). In the western industry, a lot of emotional and physical abuse as well as pressure is on the artists solely and sometimes they get scammed by the people they are working with. Its why celebs develop disorders like depression, anxiety, body dismorphia, etc.
Try working your was off for minimum wage! See how well we are treated!
