You can use Flesh Tint colour for skin tone. You can use it directly as 2nd coat. The first coat should be White. ok

colour dry honese usme fabric Medium1 mix karna hai thin karnekeliye. ok
Koyibhi fabric who colour ko absorb karna hai. cotton or some fabric pe starch rahe tho painting se pahele dhona hai. starch nahi hona hai. ok
