ভারতবর্ষে যে রেজ়ালা পাওয়া যায়, তার সাথে এর মিল নেই এতটুকুও। দুটিই অনবদ্য সুস্বাদু, দুটিই রাজকীয়, কিন্তু দুটি ভিন্ন। আজ শিখবো ঢাকার রান্নাটি যা সেখানকার বিয়েবাড়িতে পরিবেশিত হয়। পোলাও বা পরোটার সাথে এর জুটি সবার সেরা।
॥ MUTTON REZALA- DHAKAI CUISINE SERIES ॥
This dish is completely different from the Rezala that is available in India. Both are amazingly delicious, both are royal, yet both are different. Today we will learn the famous dish from Dhaka which is served at the wedding receptions there. It is best paired with pulao or paratha.
