Using the brakes at high speeds on a motorcycle requires skill and caution to maintain control and safety. Here's how to use the brakes effectively in high-speed situations:
1. Progressive Braking

Avoid grabbing the brakes suddenly, especially at high speeds. Apply the brakes progressively and smoothly, squeezing the lever or pedal with increasing force.
2. Use Both Brakes

In high-speed situations, it's important to use both the front and rear brakes. The front brake provides the majority of your stopping power, but the rear brake helps stabilize the bike. Apply both brakes gradually, with a bias towards the front brake.
3. Front Brake Control
---------------------------------
Be gentle with the front brake lever. Sudden or aggressive application of the front brake can cause the front wheel to lock, potentially leading to a loss of control. Apply it smoothly, and if you feel the front wheel skidding, release and reapply it.
4. Weight Distribution

As you brake, shift your weight slightly back on the seat to maintain balance and prevent the front suspension from compressing too much.
5. Engine Braking

in addition to using the brakes, downshift through the gears to engage engine braking. This helps slow the motorcycle gradually and adds stability.
6. Look Ahead

Keep your eyes focused on where you want to go, not directly in front of the bike. This helps you maintain situational awareness and plan your braking and steering accordingly.
7. Practice

Bro on normal speed ,also i need to apply both brakes slightly,simultaneously & apply clutch..
Also on applying clutch do i need to down the gears..
If speed goes slower then have to downshift according to the speed, and if you use brake lightly for a moment and then want to speed up, there you don't need to downshift
@@majimotovlogs so when slowed down i apply front brakes slightly and speed comes down and the obstacle moves away i press the throttle..Can i reduce speed without pressing clutch??
@mukundar19 yes sometimes when slow down very little you use engine braking, means close the throttle a little bit
@@mukundar19bhai clutch don't reduce speed, accelerator & brakes controls the speed. cluth is only to change gears as per speed of vehicle that's why in low speed people often use clutch to avoid engine off situation...
Use both of brakes gradually if u have high emergency for hard braking do it & free it instant to control vehicle disbalancing

Bhaiya mera apache 1604v me 2 din pahle engine oil change kar ke aaya service centre se or 1 pura din bike garage me tha toh aj subha dekha jamin pe oil padha hua hai toh kya engine oil leake ho raha hai 😥
Engine achhe se check karo, engine ke joint par kahi pe oil hai ke nehi, ya fir overflow pipe se petrol bhi ho sakta hay
